About me:

I am a licensed psychologist with experience helping adults and couples with a variety of concerns.  Areas of special interest are:

•Adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse

•Adults who were emotionally or physically abused as children

•Confidence issues and low self esteem

•Assertiveness – empowering people to appropriately assert themselves

I have a doctorate in clinical psychology from Alliant International University -California School of Professional Psychology in Sacramento.  I have published two articles related to mood improvement from exercise.  I moved to California from Wisconsin in 2003 and have quickly taken to California’s warmth - both the friendly people and the sunny days.
